Les intérieurs
La Villa Jnane Réhann ne se contente pas d’être une demeure de prestige : elle est une œuvre d’art habitée. Imaginée et décorée par l’architecte, designer et artiste Sophia Charai, chaque espace reflète un subtil équilibre entre élégance contemporaine et inspirations marocaines intemporelles.
Réalisée entièrement dans des matériaux traditionnels, ses volumes généreux s’animent de jeux de lumière, sublimés par des matières nobles et des finitions sur mesure. Mobilier, couleurs et textures dialoguent avec l’architecture dans une mise en scène raffinée, où chaque détail compte.
Sophia Charai signe ici une décoration singulière et poétique, qui confère à la villa une atmosphère à la fois chaleureuse et profondément ancrée dans l’art de vivre marocain.
Au rez-de-chaussée du bâtiment principal, l’entrée de la villa s’ouvre sur une grande terrasse couverte, menant à un vaste séjour de 80 m² aux larges baies vitrées donnant sur la piscine et le jardin, qui s’étendent dans une longue perspective ouverte sur les monts enneigés de l’Atlas.
De part et d’autre de la grande salle de réception, deux terrasses font face à la piscine : l’une, conviviale, invite à déjeuner autour du bar ; l’autre, plus paisible, propose des salons extérieurs pour se détendre.
Juste derrière les salons de la réception se trouve le salon TV Émeraude, idéal pour les moments de visionnage, ainsi que le salon Rouge Rubis, où une belle bibliothèque invite à lire ou à savourer un verre.
Articulé autour de quatre salons avec cheminée, le bâtiment principal abrite au rez-de-chaussée quatre chambres, chacune ouvrant sur un patio différent ou sur une terrasse privative, réparties sur les deux façades de la maison et bénéficiant d’une grande intimité.
Le pavillon Moon, quant à lui, offre deux chambres avec salle de bain privative et un grand salon-salle à manger avec cheminée et bibliothèque, le tout au rez-de-chaussée. Il se situe à 10 mètres du bâtiment principal.
Les extérieurs
Pensés comme un véritable havre de paix. Implantée sur un domaine de 5 hectares et entourée d’une oliveraie de 800 arbres récemment plantés, la Villa Jnane Réhann se distingue par ses espaces extérieurs exceptionnels, conçus pour offrir à la fois intimité, sérénité et convivialité.
Dès l’entrée, le regard est captivé par les jardins luxuriants qui entourent la demeure, véritable écrin de verdure où se mêlent palmiers, oliviers, orangeraies et essences locales. Les différents espaces paysagers ont été imaginés comme autant d’univers à découvrir, permettant aux hôtes de varier les plaisirs et les ambiances au fil de la journée.
Autour de la piscine scintillante, longue de 28 m, un vaste solarium agrémenté de beds king size invite à la détente et aux moments de partage. Un bar, ouvert sur une grande terrasse, accueille les déjeuners en plein air, tandis que d’autres terrasses plus confidentielles offrent des instants de calme et de méditation.
Des salons d’été ombragés se prêtent aux longues conversations, aux repas en plein air ou aux apéritifs au coucher du soleil, dans une atmosphère intime et élégante.
Chaque recoin du jardin raconte une histoire différente, créant une succession d’ambiances. Cette richesse confère à la Villa Jnane Réhann son caractère unique, idéal pour se retrouver à plusieurs tout en préservant l’intimité de chacun.

Breakfast at Villa Jnane Réhann is a true festival of flavors.
Carefully prepared by the hostess and her cook Meriem, they will satisfy all palates: from savory to sweet, including Moroccan specialties, in addition to a classic continental breakfast including pastries, baguette, seasonal fruit salad and homemade juice.
You can enjoy delicious thousand-hole pancakes, topped with butter and honey, or "msemmen" (layered pancakes), as well as "Harcha" semolina breads, or even homemade wholemeal breads.
On the savory side, we serve: black olive tapenade, fresh cow's milk cheese flavored with herbs, grated tomato with homemade olive oil, as well as eggs on request or eggs with Khlih (Moroccan dried meat, cumin and spices).
On the sweet side, an assortment of homemade jams and almond paste with argan oil or peanuts awaits you.
Mint tea, coffee or milk are served according to your preferences.
The gardens
The gardens of Villa Jnane Réhann are imbued with poetry and charm. Designed around a 28-meter-long swimming pool, framed by comfortable sunbeds, they are adorned with olive and orange trees that lull guests to sleep.
Bougainvillea, pomegranate trees, flowering vines, roses, and lush vegetation create an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. Three terraces facing the pool, with views of the Atlas Mountains, as well as a bar, welcome you for candlelit lunches and dinners.
All rooms overlook the gardens and provide direct access to the swimming pool and its green spaces.
Personnel & Services
The staff at Villa Jnane Réhann are at your service throughout your stay. Daily housekeeping is provided for the bedrooms and bathrooms. Bath and pool towels are provided for your comfort.
