The Interiors
Villa Jnane Réhann is far more than a prestigious residence: it is a living work of art. Imagined and designed by architect, designer, and artist Sophia Charaï, every space reflects a subtle balance between contemporary elegance and timeless Moroccan inspiration.
Crafted entirely from traditional materials, its generous volumes come alive with shifting light, enhanced by noble textures and bespoke finishes. Furniture, colors, and materials converse with the architecture in a refined composition where every detail matters.
Sophia Charaï signs here a singular and poetic interior design, giving the villa an atmosphere that is both warm and deeply rooted in the Moroccan art of living.
The villa’s entrance opens onto a large covered terrace leading to a 70 m² reception room with wide bay windows overlooking the pool and gardens, extending into a long open perspective toward the snow‑capped Atlas Mountains.
On either side of the reception room, two terraces face the pool: one convivial, inviting guests to enjoy lunch by the bar; the other more serene, offering outdoor lounges for relaxation.
Just behind the reception room lies the Emerald TV Lounge, ideal for movie moments, as well as the Ruby Red Lounge, where a beautiful library invites you to read or enjoy a drink.
Organized around four lounges with fireplaces, the main building houses four bedrooms on the ground floor, each opening onto a different patio or a private terrace, spread across both façades of the house and offering exceptional privacy.
The Réhann Pavilion, located 20 meters from the main building, offers two bedrooms with private bathrooms and a large lounge with fireplace and library.
The Outdoors
Designed as a true haven of peace. Set on a 5‑hectare estate and surrounded by an olive grove of 800 newly planted trees, Villa Jnane Réhann stands out for its exceptional outdoor spaces, conceived to offer intimacy, serenity, and conviviality.
From the moment you arrive, the eye is drawn to the lush gardens surrounding the property—a true green sanctuary where palm trees, olive trees, orange groves, and local species blend harmoniously. Each landscaped area has been imagined as a world of its own, allowing guests to enjoy different atmospheres throughout the day.
Around the shimmering 28‑meter pool, a vast solarium with king‑size daybeds invites relaxation and shared moments. A bar opening onto a large terrace welcomes open‑air lunches, while more secluded terraces offer peaceful spaces for meditation and quiet time.
Shaded summer lounges lend themselves to long conversations, outdoor meals, or sunset aperitifs in an intimate and elegant atmosphere.

Breakfast at Villa Jnane Réhann is a true festival of flavors.
Carefully prepared by the hostess and her cook Meriem, they will satisfy all palates: from savory to sweet, including Moroccan specialties, in addition to a classic continental breakfast including pastries, baguette, seasonal fruit salad and homemade juice.
You can enjoy delicious thousand-hole pancakes, topped with butter and honey, or "msemmen" (layered pancakes), as well as "Harcha" semolina breads, or even homemade wholemeal breads.
On the savory side, we serve: black olive tapenade, fresh cow's milk cheese flavored with herbs, grated tomato with homemade olive oil, as well as eggs on request or eggs with Khlih (Moroccan dried meat, cumin and spices).
On the sweet side, an assortment of homemade jams and almond paste with argan oil or peanuts awaits you.
Mint tea, coffee or milk are served according to your preferences.
The gardens
The gardens of Villa Jnane Réhann are imbued with poetry and charm. Designed around a 28-meter-long swimming pool, framed by comfortable sunbeds, they are adorned with olive and orange trees that lull guests to sleep.
Bougainvillea, pomegranate trees, flowering vines, roses, and lush vegetation create an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. Three terraces facing the pool, with views of the Atlas Mountains, as well as a bar, welcome you for candlelit lunches and dinners.
All rooms overlook the gardens and provide direct access to the swimming pool and its green spaces.
Personnel & Services
The staff at Villa Jnane Réhann are at your service throughout your stay. Daily housekeeping is provided for the bedrooms and bathrooms. Bath and pool towels are provided for your comfort.
The villa also caters to your culinary desires. Réda, our manager, is available to answer all your questions.

A "quick lunch" service around the pool, based on Shiwates (an assortment of Moroccan and Lebanese specialties), accompanied by a refreshing drink, is also available.

The menus include several starters with an assortment of Moroccan salads, a main course (traditional tagine, meat, fish or chicken) and a dessert.
